Introducing.... The Edge Gin!
Born from a passion for delicious gin, The Edge Gin was founded by Cheshire based couple Clare & Mike back in 2018 and has made a real name for itself since it's humble beginnings. Clare describes their London dry Gin as "A various blend of botanicals, all working in perfect harmony, together with our unusual botanical "Wolfberry" and we couldn't agree more!
Having perfected their London Dry Gin, Clare & Mike didn't stop there. They have now expanded their range to include some mouth watering flavoured gins including; orange, pair and fruits of the forest. On top of this, The Edge Gin also have their own collection of gin liquors and gin infused tea bags!
The Edge Gin's new distillery will be located on the main courtyard at Alcumlow Hall Farm and will offer distillery tours, gin tasting experiences and of course a fabulous bar and shop.
